Reallusion Workshop with real-time animation expert John C. Martin II and iClone as a motion capture studio solution for real-time 2D and 3D animation at the FMX 2012 from 08th - 11th May 2012 in Stuttgart/Germany.

Venlo/Netherlands - Globell will take part at the 17th Conference of the Film and Media Exchange (FMX) in 2012 in Stuttgart, Germany with its partner Reallusion. Reallusion, known as a leading technology developer for 3D animation, will present the iClone Motion Capture Studio solution for the first time to a selected audience at FMX 2012 in Germany.

Appropriate to the new subtitle of the conference "Conference on Animation, Effects, Games and Transmedia" Reallusion presents 3D animation in real-time at FMX 2012. The increasingly seamless transition between film, TV, computers, game consoles and mobile devices, is a topic of the 17th Conference. This demands also the use of software for creative 2D and 3D animation productions for more efficiency like iClone offers.

This quick and easy (also inexpensive) way to create professional film and animation projects will be demonstrated during the conference in a special workshop by Reallusion. John C. Martin II, real-time animation expert & VP Marketing at Realluison, will explain and demonstrate to experts and creative uers the of iClone’s workflow, as a solution for the future of the industry.

John C. Martin II is a member of the Reallusion team since 2001 and a frequent quoted expert in the field of 3D animation in real-time. He was a speaker at the Games Developer Conference (GDC), Special Interest Group on Graphics and Interactive Techniques (SIGGRAPH) and Google 3D Basecamp already.

The new iClone 5.1 from Reallusion supports the Microsoft Kinect motion capture technology. Human movements can be directly applied to virtual characters in the software. The movement is transferred in real-time and can be recorded at the same time.

The FMX was founded in 1996 as an event for students and has become the most influential European conference for the development, production and distribution of digital entertainment. A complete overview about the program and events is available at www.fmx.de .
